Pro Ski Tour
Dr. Halbrecht has been the medical director of the Women’s PRO SKI TOUR since 1991 and has provided medical treatment for many professional racers. The Pro Ski Tour is an ongoing tour of professional international racers who race at top ski resorts around the world. Dr. Halbrecht and his staff provide on-site trauma care at the mountain as well as assist the racers with stretching, massage, and other preventative soft tissue techniques.
Pro Snowboard Tour
The Pro Snowboard Tour began in 1997 and is an exciting new venue for snowboard competition. Dr. Halbrecht was the past Medical Director of the Pro Snowboard tour and provided care at these exciting competitions.
Association of Volleyball Professionals
The Association of Volleyball Professional is the premier professional volleyball association in the world and sponsors tournaments around the world. Dr. Halbrecht has been an Orthopedic Consultant for AVP beach volleyball since 1992 acting as the official tournament surgeon for the Northern California region on many occasions. Dr. Halbrecht has a special interest in the treatment of shoulder problems in overhead athletes and has written and lectured extensively.
USA Soccer
Dr. Halbrecht is an orthopedic consultant for the US SOCCER TEAM, assisting in game coverage in the northern California region. He is also an official consultant for USA Gymnastics.
